Md Mahbubul Alam (who is also known as Russel)

Over the last 12 years Alam has worked in diverse professional settings such as hospitality, customer service and accounting.   He has spent the most recent years working in multiple Westpac buildings – so has a considerable understanding of how banks work.

Alam has been living in Sydney South West for last five years and experienced buying and selling properties numerous times, providing essential skills and advice for his clients.

Alam is now focusing primarily on the growing Sydney property markets. Whether you are a first home owner, upgrader, property investor or simply wishing to refinance your existing loans, Alam is keen to help you find the best solution according to your needs. A loan is a big responsibility so finding the best possibility for your circumstances comes handy when you go to a mortgage broker.

Alam has a simple theory as a mortgage broker: put yourself into customers’ shoes and you will never go wrong. By understanding customers’ situation, you will be able offer them a suitable outcome.

Things are not always straight-forward but it’s easier when you are open and honest.

Alam says ”Customers want value for money, so I strive to offer my clients affordable options”

Alam was an International Student when he first came to Australia back in 2006.  He holds and Advanced Diploma in Accounting and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking.

Md Mahbubul Alam is an authorised Credit Representative (CRN 508856) of BLSSA Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 391237).
