News from Henry: What Happened in April?

I have my pack well-trained.  They work hard, play hard and work as a team.

While Doug has been on well-earned break, some of my pups have really risen to the fore, demonstrating their leadership skills.  Of particular note, I would like to mention:

Pradip and Rupesh – who even travelled from Sydney to Dubbo to fix a loan!

Graeme – had to battle Parramatta Rd on a Saturday to get some documents to the CBA Settlements team and then persuade the cleaners to let him into the CBA building!

But, the Gold Star for being a team player goes to Milan Banker.  Not only does Milan have the sexiest name for someone working in mortgage broking, he has proven himself to be a real team-player.  One of my best brokers is a little under-the-weather and Milan has risen to the occasion to support him and his clients – even personally taking some documents into ANZ to ensure that the other broker’s clients bought their home on time.  

Brokers may well be in the spotlight because of the Banking Royal Commission – but here is evidence of some brokers just want to do the right thing by the client.
