I take my role as Chief Morale Booster very seriously – so I was delighted to lay on this conference and party for my troops.

I now have over 70 brokers in my pack (trading under multiple brands) and I am delighted at the progress they are making.  In 2015 they had a record amount of loans settled and Doug even got a special award for the group have settled over $3bn in loans over the years!

You can see that Doug received this marvellous award for all his hard work;  while it is lovely to have this on the mantelpiece, personally, I would just have been happy with a new ball to chase!

After a very illuminating team conference, I laid on a BBQ for everyone.  Thankfully everyone behaved, no-one got over excited and there were no dog-fights.
